A little brush with heaven.

The Pilbara landscape is Harsh, unrelenting, dangerous, But down right bloody Gorgeous! If you ever get a chance i can recommend Karijini National Park to witness Beauty like you’ve never seen. I work in a Iron ore mine and i’m surrounded by this and i feel very lucky to get the opportunity to share it with you.

Pilbara Sunset flexing!

Iron ore in its purest form, this stuff builds nations.

When you think of steel you don’t think or gorgeous coloured stone, like this massive piece. You soon get to realise how lucky Australia is with the natural resource’s we have at our disposal. Unfortunately one day this will end up as part of a building somewhere..

When it rains in the Pilbara, the colours intensify. The Rainbow of colours explodes form the rocky outcrops.

Reflections after a rain.

A Natural Amphitheatre, formed over thousands or millions of years! And i’ll be one of only a handful that ever get to see it!

Looking back down the Gorge.

Sunset over the Pilbara.

Growing up in Darwin with the amazing sunsets over the Harbour, you get spoilt.

10 Years working in the Pilbara Iron Ore industry and the sunsets at the end of each day make the sacrifice somehow better!

The colours that come off Iron stone rock especially after a big rain. Are something hard to explain but amazing to capture.
