Starlink paused its satellite launching program in June to allow the company to add Freakin Lazers! To the net of satellites orbiting Earth! But have no fear Elon is not the new Dr Evil ! The lasers allow for the mesh of satellites to communicate with each other and negate the need for ground stations on earth. OM Digital Solutions (Olympus to normal humans) is undergoing a rebranding phase. Not much has happened since the investment group took over las year. But starting in Fall this year we should be seeing a new logo for the company and also the model names being changed too. According to Digital Camera work and their sources models like the OM-D E-M, could be shortened to just OM1D which sounds very logical. Tech companys love making ridiculously long model names that are bloody hard to remember (Hello Sony). So this is a great first move, and look forward to see what the new model range and product plans are going forward.
